Toro Gold Ltd is a gold exploration and development company focused on sub-Saharan Africa with a specific emphasis on west, east and central Africa. Toro Gold's exploration and development arm in west and central Africa is represented by Bambuk Minerals Ltd ("Bambuk"). Toro Gold has an 80% holding in Bambuk.

Collectively the management teams of Toro Gold and Bambuk have discovered in excess of 10 million ounces of gold, have participated in over US$500m of project developments and in excess of US$1bn of corporate transactions creating significant shareholder value in the process.
